Restaurant Spotlight: Yoshi Japanese Restaurant

Yoshi offers some of the best Japanese cuisine in the Sherwood Park and Fort McMurray area. The restaurant is decorated in authentic Japanese décor, and is family owned and operated. Yoshi’s Fort McMurray location has been operating for over 10 years.

The Menu

Yoshi’s menu is robust, and includes A La Carte items as well as combo meals. It is a great place to grab a bite to eat when on the run, or celebrate an important occasion. Specializing in sushi, you will find a variety of sushi combinations. Yoshi serves both lunch and dinner, and also offers take out. Menu options include Bento boxes, nigiri and sashimi.

Lunch Specials

Lunch time specials are available, and include teriyaki beef or chicken for $10.95, beef teriyaki and Yakitori chicken skewer for $11.95, and teriyaki beef or chicken and a choice of tempura plus onion rings or spring rolls for $13.95. The lunch menu is only available between 11am to 2:30pm.

On the dinner menu you will find a variety of appetizers including butterfly spicy shrimp, beef shrimp wrap, crunchy jumbo scallops, fresh oyster and gomae. Other dinner options include Tempura, Yaki-Udon, Udon, hot plates, Donburi, and dinner Bento boxes.

Take Out Menu

The take out menu is lengthy as well, and offers most of what can be ordered in house. Party trays are available, and cater to all taste buds. Call to find out more about their party packs and catering services.

Hours of operation for the Fort McMurray location are Monday through Saturday 11am to 10pm, and Sundays and Holidays 12pm to 9pm.
